This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through Enrichley LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to this policy.

1. Overview

All purchases made through Enrichley are generally final. Due to the nature of our digital services (email verification, data enrichment, API access), we have limited exceptions for refunds as outlined below.

We encourage you to review our Terms of Service and evaluate our service during your first billing period before committing to continued use.

2. What's Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day refund window has passed
  • Credit purchases that have been used (see prorated refund section below)
  • API usage fees for calls already processed
  • Partially used billing periods after cancellation
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Chargebacks that were filed without first contacting our support team

3. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Window)

You may request a refund within 7 days of a charge. Refund eligibility depends on your usage:

No Credits Used

If you have not used any credits from your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee.

Credits Used

If you have used credits, you are eligible for a prorated refund. The refund amount is calculated as follows:

  • We calculate the cost per credit based on your subscription plan
  • The value of credits used is deducted from your subscription fee
  • The remaining balance (if any) is refunded to your original payment method

Example: If your plan costs $99/month for 10,000 credits and you used 2,000 credits, the cost per credit is $0.0099. You would be charged $19.80 for the 2,000 credits used, and receive a refund of $79.20.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@enrichley.io with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal at app.enrichley.io or by emailing support@enrichley.io.

Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription ends immediately, but you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

No Refund for Remaining Period: We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of your billing period after cancellation.

Unused Credits: Any unused credits are forfeited at the end of your billing period.

5. Credit Expiration

Credits are subject to the following rules:

  • Rollover: Unused credits roll over to the next billing period only while your subscription remains active
  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash
  • Expiration: All unused credits expire immediately when your subscription ends (whether through cancellation or non-payment)
  • No Cash Value: Expired or unused credits have no cash value and are not refundable

6. Chargebacks

Contact Us First: If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us at support@enrichley.io before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Consequences of Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts or using our Services
  • Chargeback fees of $25 or more assessed to your account
  • Collection efforts for any amounts owed, including the original charge, chargeback fees, and collection costs

We maintain detailed records of all transactions and will contest fraudulent chargebacks. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

7. Billing Errors

Reporting Errors: If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@enrichley.io.

Investigation: We will investigate all reported billing errors promptly. If we verify that an error occurred, we will correct it and issue a refund or credit as appropriate.

What to Include: When reporting a billing error, please provide your account email, the date and amount of the charge in question, and a description of the error.
